The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable in all Member States of the European Union from 25 May 2018. We are thus presenting our Privacy Policy in order to describe the services we provide, as well as explain how we protect your privacy. The document also contains information on how to exercise your data protection rights.

We store the collected personal data on the servers of, where all the data is stored.

Your data can only be shared within the administrator’s entity. This means that we never transfer your data, we neither sell nor exchange it with other entities for marketing purposes. 

In selected cases, we transfer your data to particular external entities only as part of the implementation of services that we have defined, and to the extent provided for in data processing agreements concluded with those entities. Detailed information regarding categories of third parties involved can be found below.

What are the legal grounds for processing data?

We process your personal data pursuant to the contract which is further specified in the Regulations. We process your data only to the extent that is needed for the proper implementation of the service we provide.

Updates to the rules of our Privacy Policy

In the future, it may be necessary to update the Privacy Policy. Its latest version will be always available on our website in the Privacy Policy tab. We will inform you about any changes to the Privacy Policy, for example regarding the purpose for which we use your personal data or your rights.

In case of any changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you via email sent to the address you provided during registration or order placement no later than 14 days before the changes come into force.

What rights do you have under the provisions of the GDPR?

Right of Access to Data

At any time, you have the right to learn which of your personal data is stored. In order to do so, please contact us by writing to and we will provide you with this information by e-mail.

Right to Data Portability

As long as we process your personal data automatically pursuant to your consent or agreement, you have the right to receive a copy of the data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. This copy may be sent to you or to another entity. This applies only to the personal data that has been provided to us.

Right to Amend Data

You have the right to correct or complement your personal data. If you have an account at, you can not only edit your personal data, but also manage consents as part of your account settings.

Right to Be Forgotten

You have the right to delete your personal data processed by us at any time, except for the following:

  1. When there are ongoing unresolved matters between you and our online store;
  2. When you have an open order that has not yet been shipped or has been only partially shipped;
  3. When you have an outstanding amount due to us, regardless of the payment method;
  4. If we suspect or are confident that you have misused our services within the last four years;
  5. if you have made any purchase, we will retain your personal transaction data for accounting purposes.

Right to Object to the Processing based on Legitimate Interest

You have the right to object to the processing of your data. With regard to the processing of your personal data, we will stop processing your data unless there are legal claims or a lawful justification that would invalidate your interest or rights. 

Right of Restriction

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under the following conditions:

  • If you do not agree to the processing of data, in such a case we will limit any processing of such data after verifying whether legitimate interest arises;
  • If you report that your personal data is incorrect, we will limit any processing of your data until we verify its correctness;
  • If the processing is unlawful, you may not agree to the deletion of your personal data and instead request a restriction on its use;
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but it is required to file or reject a claim.

  • Companies that make payments to process your payment;
  • The IT support company that handles our site;
  • The accounting company that settles our transactions.

How long will we keep your data?

If you are a customer of our store or a member of our community, your personal data will be stored until you submit a request to delete them unless their further storage is necessary to the extent required by law (e.g. for claims arising from warranty). If you are only a subscriber to the newsletter, your data will be stored until you unsubscribe.

Why do We use your personal data?

We will use your personal data to send commercial information and marketing offers by email.

What personal data do we process?

  • Contact details:
    • E-mail address
  • Demographic data
  • Products and offers you have added or removed from the shopping cart;
  • IP address and other geolocation data.

If you have an account in our store, we will also process your personal data provided therein, including:

  • First name and surname,
  • Address,
  • Demographic data,
  • Purchase history,
  • Page browsing history and items clicked.

Your personal data is processed based on your consent to receiving commercial information. 

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and receiving commercial information at any time. When you do this, we will immediately stop sending any offers as part of commercial information previously sent based on your consent to data processing.

We will store your data for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent.

VI. Cookies

Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices on which you use our services.

How do we use cookies?

Two types of cookies are used:

  1. Session cookies: these files are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the session of the browser. The information is then deleted from the device. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow for downloading any personal or confidential data from the user’s device.
  2. Permanent cookies: these files are stored on the user’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a browser session or turning the device off does not delete them from the user’s device. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow for downloading any personal or confidential data from the user’s device. We use permanent cookies to store information about your preferred home page and to store your data if you click ‘remember me’ before logging in. We will also use cookies to save your favorite products.

We use both our cookies and third-party cookies to collect statistics and user data in aggregate and individual form. 

We also use analytical tools to optimize our website and present offers that you find interesting.

We also use external cookies that monitor how you use other websites. Thanks to this, we can share marketing materials on other websites and in various communication channels.

For what purposes do we use cookies?

We use first-party cookies for the following purposes:

    1. Adjusting the content of the website to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of website pages;
    2. Recognition of the website user’s device and its location, and displaying version of the site suited to their individual needs;

  3. Implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of the websites:
    1. Adjusting the content of the website to the user’s preferences and optimizing the use of website pages. In particular, these files allow us to understand the basic parameters of the user’s device and to properly display the webpage tailored to their individual needs. 
  4. Remembering the user’s location:
    1. The correct configuration of selected features of the website, allowing, in particular, customisation of the information provided to the user, taking into account their location. 
  5. Analysis, surveys and audit of viewing figures (creating anonymous statistics that help the administrator to understand how the users benefit from the website, enabling the administrator to improve the website structure and content). 
  6. Ensure the safety and reliability of service.

We also use external cookies for the following purposes:

  1. Collecting general and anonymous statistical data via analytical tools, e.g. Google Analytics, FB Pixel, Google Feed Manager;
  2. Using interactive features to promote the website by using social networking sites;

Can you disagree?

Of course, you can change the cookies settings yourself at any time, specifying the conditions concerning their storage and access by cookies to your device. 

Changes of settings mentioned in the previous sentence can be done by the user in their browser settings or service configuration. In particular, these settings can be changed in such a way as to automatically block the support for cookies in the settings of the browser or to notify you every time they are placed on your device.

The user can delete cookies at any time using their browser functions.

Restricting cookies can affect some functions available at the website. The data provided to third parties is used only to provide the services listed above. We use analytical tools to collect statistical data in order to optimize our website and present information that may interest you.

On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

When you log in to your account, the data will be processed under our legitimate interest, i.e. for the purpose and scope necessary for your use of the website. 

We can process your data for marketing purposes only if you give your separate consent. 

You have the right to supplement, update, rectify personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them, if they are incomplete, out of date, false or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

We only reserve the right to refuse to delete your data if their retention is necessary for the implementation of claims or if required by applicable law.

Who has access to your data?

The personal data collected by the administrator is directly accessible only to authorised employees or data administrator associates, as well as authorised persons who provide service support to the website and have been granted appropriate power of attorney.

Personal data may also be disclosed to entities authorised to receive such data under the applicable laws, in particular to the competent national authorities.
